Personal Training Menlo Park Boot Camp 4/28/12-  Try This Ab Challenge Workout
 
Warm-Up & Review Movements Below (15 min)
Perform the following exercises for 1 min as fast or as challenging as possible with good form for 3 Rounds:
1. Glider Leg Curls–> Bridges (30s each) *Hips Up
2. MB Wall Underhand Throw–> MB Wall Overhead Soccer Throw (30s each)*Explode *Can take a step with soccer throw
3. Push-Up Hold with Opposite Arm & Leg  (Hold 2 s each)  *On elbows as needed *Wide feet *Do legs only as needed *Lock
4. Bosu Lower Ab March *Elbows to ears *Slow march *2 B’s
5. Ropes: Alternating Wave (30s) *Partner holds rope standing on 1 foot
6. Plate Swiss Ball Russian Twist *Hips Up
7. Supine Chops *Alt right to left *Tuck chin
*Run as a group for 2 min after each round
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
