Given many of you have President’s Day off or are out of town on Monday, there will be a slightly revised boot camp schedule. I was going to cancel all 6 am classes, but heard that a few of you are working 🙁
The Belmont Boot Camp schedule will be the same to accomodate clients from other locations. The only changes will be no 6 am classes at the San Mateo Boot Camp or Burlingame Boot Camp location.
Given class sizes should be small, feel free to bring a friend to Monday’s workouts. Let me know in advance if you are bringing someone and what time you are attending.
