SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 03/1/2010
Total Body Workout
W/U: Group:
Stick: Overhead Raise-Fwd & Back Shoulder Rotations, Back Squats, Good Mornings, Bent Over Rows, Retraction: 10 Each
Jumping Jacks: 10
Push-ups: 10
Walking Lunges: 10
Spiderman Climb: 5 per side
Burpees: 5 reps
High Knees: 5
Crazy-8 Circuit: Perform 1-3 Sets.
1) Jumping Jacks: 50 Done as fast as possible, but make sure you do full jumping jacks.
2) Push-ups or Ball Push-ups: 10
3) Walking Lunges: 30 steps total
4) Spiderman Climb: 10 per side
5) Bodyweight Squat – 20 reps
6) Bent Over Rows with DB or Pulley- 15 reps
7) Burpees – 5 reps
8] High Knees: Done as fast as possible. Do 50 total.
