Cardio/Agility
1. MB Pass & Follow-3 Min
2. MB Partner Lateral Shuffle & Carioca Drill-2 Each Direction-Half Court
3. Agility Balls- 3 Min
Core-Cardio: Perform 2 rounds for 1 min each
1. Sled Push (30s)
2. Dynamic Side Plank on Hand (30s each side)
3. Lateral Shuffle with Resistance Band (30s each side)
4. MB Sit Up Toss Against Wall
5. Forward Sprint-Backpedal with Resistance Band (30s each direction)
6. FM Trunk Rotation-Kneeling (30s each side)
