There Is No "I" In "Team"- Join A Team Today *Early Bird Discounts End January 31st

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend and Monday.

Back in December I wrote a number of fat loss tips.

Fat Loss Tip #30: Don’t Try To Do It Alone– I gave a number of ways to keep moving towards your goals and mentioned the need for a buddy or a group of like-minded people to keep you motivated and accountable.

Back in my college baseball days, Coach Mike Garcia told us a number of times, “There Is No “I” In “Team.” That was the truth then and it is now. Those that workout with a partner and those that have partners at home find it easier to achieve healthy lifestyle habits and their health & fitness goals.
