Word of the Week: DETOX

The word of the week this week is Detox. A detox is a process or period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or unhealthy substances, and ideally providing the nutrients needed to support and balance metabolic pathways and to promote healthy liver function and elimination.
