Word of the Week – Flow

The word of the week this week is Flow!

Flow is to move in one directionespecially continuously and easily. A flow state is when you are in the zone. The mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

Flowing is well needed during this time.

If you are in flow you are probably experiencing joy right now. If you are holding on to your pre-Covid lifestyle you are probably feeling major suffering (overwhelm, anger, depression, anxiety, resentment, fear).

It’s a new world! It’s time for a new you!
