Word of the Week: Happiness

The word of the week is Happiness. 

Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can’t help but smile.

There are different levels of happiness. One popular categorization suggests three levels: First involves the balance between our transient emotions, second is our cognitive self-judgments about our life and third focus on finding meaning in life.

Have you ever stopped to consider what happiness means? For some people having fun at a party, traveling, experiencing new things or the delights of a fine meal are happiness. But there is a clear difference between fleeting pleasure and happiness.

Happiness is when you feel contentment with your life. In simple words, perfect happiness comes when you have all your needs satisfied.

What makes you happy? Do more of the things that make you happy and less of the things that don’t make you happy. Simple as that 🙂
