Workout Wednesday (Sneaky Burpees)

Sneaky Burpees

You will complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Set your timer for 20 minutes.

You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

  1. 20 Jumping Lunges
  2. 5 Burpees
  3. 20 Mountain Climbers
  4. 5 Burpees
  5. 20 Jumping Jacks
  6. 5 Burpees
  7. 20 Push Ups
  8. 5 Burpees
  9. 20 Sumo Squats
