Brien and his team will do whatever it takes for you to achieve your goals.

A typical session for a client that has stress and pain incorporates massage work on a treatment table and an inquiry about stress and dietary intake, which helps us fine tune the exercise program.

Many people think that high intensity exercise is the solution for weight and fat loss issues.

There is a science to exercise and goal achievement and not everyone will benefit from high intensity movements.

Many will even gain weight as the body can only handle so much stress and the physiology does not know the different between stress at work, traffic, lack of sleep, dehydration, low blood sugar, exercise, etc.

You will be matched up with a Personal Trainer based upon the your needs, scheduling and client/trainer compatibility.

Brien will oversee a training program with another Personal Trainer if a comprehensive evaluation is scheduled.

Brien’s Personal Training rate is $150/hour. The hourly rate is less for other personal trainers on our team.

The Comprehensive Evaluation is highly recommended for all training program clients. It is the best way to provide the most personalized program for you.
