Word of the Week: REPLENISH

The word of the week this week is Replenish.

To replenish is to fill up; to restore to a former level or condition.

Do you ever feel like you are running on empty?

Are you better at giving to others than filling your own tank?

What can you do this week to replenish your mind, body, and spirit and to make YOU a priority?

Take a look at the 7 daily primal needs model below and reflect on what you might be lacking, so you can focus on filling up the area in need this week.

Here are some ways to fill up for the 7 daily primal needs:
1. Breathe: Work on breathing everywhere and anywhere (
Before bed, Upon waking, While chewing and eating, Red lights, etc).
2. Hydrate: Plan & Prepare The Night Before- Fill up your water and place on your bathroom counter, Start your day with 8-24 oz. of water (Bonus: add lemon juice/apple cider vinegar & cayenne pepper), Drink 8-16 oz. of water before and one hour after each meal.
3. Sleep: Optimize your morning & evening rituals, Wind down in the evenings around 9:00 pm and do your best to be asleep around 10 pm. Control your morning by preparing at night as you wind down for the evening.
4. Eat: Consider Intermittent Fasting or better termed “Digestive Resting”, Limit the Top 1o Inflammatory Foods (foods that are difficult to digest and create inflammation and pain), Listen to your body’s clues and avoid things that don’t make you feel well.
5. Love:
Get clear on your love language and those around you and you will love better (how much time do you need), If you need quality time, physical touch & words of affirmation find those who can provide for you, Tell others your love language, so you won’t be disappointed, We are social creatures and do best in supportive community. Find your tribe!
6. Growth: Be consistent with your daily rituals to optimize your EMOTIONAL STATE, Focus on your agenda and avoid technology to avoid distractions, Know your Goals, WHY & Create Action Steps. Write it down
7. Move: Accumulate way more than 30 minutes of movement per day, BUT listen to your body’s clues regarding intensity. Train the body for function: Mobility (Self-Massage, Stretching), Posture, Strength & Power, Balance, Agility & Speed.
