5 Day Detox Success!

“It was great…I lost 3 pounds and my daughter did, too. The 5 day plan was easy to follow and your meal suggestions helped me. I cut out nuts, dairy and grain which wasn’t too hard. We just loaded up on tons of vegetables as a family and paired it with a lean protein. My kids love veggies so baking up tons of asparagus and cauliflower made everyone happy. They ate everything!! My 16 year old daughter, who is a sugar/carb lover said, “It hard to eat unlimited vegetables when everyone eats them all first.” It was hilarious when she said it since we were all stuffing ourselves with asparagus and zucchini! Its nice to know that I’ll make my kids happy if I just make more vegetables!! Your coconut haystacks were a big hit. After the 1st batch was eaten in one day…(I have 3 kids) we made a 2nd batch and limited everyone to 2 haystacks a day. They were thrilled to take one in their lunch and have another after dinner. I plan on continuing again next week M-F. “
