5-Week Holiday Body Transformation Challenge (Time Sensitive)

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend. I got a taste of the Holidays coming up with the cold weather I experienced yesterday. I didn’t want to do much in the cold, but I still managed to accomplish my Sunday run and it was great.

My goal for this holiday season is to not let my current clients slack off, which unfortunately happens year after year. Not just with my clients, but at all fitness facilities around the world.

I am not sure of the source of this quote, but it has been around for years that the average American gains 7-12 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.

This year, I have an idea…how about a 5-Week Holiday Body Transformation Contest?

If there is interest it will start on next Monday, November 14th and  we will finish the week before Christmas on December 18th (35 days of commitment), so no time to think about this one 🙂

I would like to keep it as simple as possible, but you know me…I am a little different.

The goal is to have the best transformation over the 5 week period, as indicated by before & after pictures, weight, measurements, and a short essay. This essay will explain what you have learned in the 5 week challenge and how you have changed your lifestyle to achieve your goals.

This is not necessarily a weight loss contest although, if you have a considerable amount of weight to lose, you have a good chance of winning. However, if you change your lifestyle, get lean, increase your muscle mass, adding good weight and write a great essay, you could well be the winner.

So, anyone and everyone will be a winner, but there will be only one 1st place winner who will receive a new iPad 2 or $600. 

Please do not starve yourself to lose weight to win this challenge. I have been in this industry for a while and the loss of muscle mass will give it away.

As of now, this challenge is only open to my current personal training clients and boot campers at the Burlingame, Belmont & Menlo Park locations.

So, if you know anyone in my boot camp make sure to give them a call and encourage them to join my challenge.

I can’t open it up to new clients just yet because I want to ensure that current clients get  the attention they need to guarantee their success.

After current clients are set,  if there is enough room and enough interest, I may open it up to a few new members to join a special 5-week group training program.
