Brien Shamp’s Coaching Member Updates 7-5-20: In Person Sessions Cancelled/Revised Schedule

Happy Sunday Team!

I have a Member Video Update for you above, but I know many of you don’t listen to my videos so below are the key points:

  • NEW FITNESS SCHEDULE STARTING TOMORROW: https://brienshamp.com/2020/03/29/onlineresources/
    • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 7 am, 8 am, 9 am & 4:30 pm
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays @ 8 am only
    • Sunday Yoga @ 9 am
  • WE WILL ONLY BE ONLINE STARTING TOMORROW. In-Person sessions have been discontinued.
  • Unfortunately, there hasn’t been enough of a demand to continue in-person sessions.
  • Zen Planner, Member & Online Schedule Resource have been updated.
  • We will continue to revise the schedule based upon demand.
  • I anticipate adding back early morning online sessions in mid-August when kids hopefully go back to school!

    • The MEDBELLS are a unique product that combines the feel of a kettlebell, dumbbell and medicine ball all in one. You can even slam it to the ground!
    • I recommend 1 MEDBELL per size and it would be great to have a variety in 10 lb increments (i.e. 10, 20, 30 or 15, 25, 35).
