WOD: This is a Non-Stop Workout and models the Spartan Virtual Sprint (5K): https://www.spartan.com/en/virtual-race#accordion
Set Interval Timer: Work: 30s Work, 5s Rest, 38 Sets
We will do the same Obstacles in the Spartan Sprint but all of the Obstacles & Cardio will be 30s each.
Cardio Options: Ice Skaters/Jump Rope/Rowing/Biking/Step-Ups (15s/Side)
There will be 38 Sets with a 5s Transition Time between Cardio & Obstacles.
**Heart Rate Monitor Zone: 3-5. Get the heart rate up during this time to an anaerobic zone (non-conversational intensity). Zones 4-5 are generally anaerobic zones. Zone 3 is an aerobic zone. Encourage clients to work in zones 4 & 5 for 10 minutes or more as tolerated**
