3.BB Fat Man Row: 10
4. Burpees with One Foot: 5 Each Side
5.Combo Crunch: 10 Each Side
6. Ball Lower Ab Curl: 10
7. Sprinters Waling Lunge: 10 Each Side
8.Pulley Reverse Wood Chops with Pivot: 10
