The Top 3 WORST Super Bowl Snacks

308Thank you for a great day. We had boot campers climbing on slack lines 6 ft. above the ground, climbing over military walls, attempting to move front to back on a cargo net and more.

Saturday Boot Camps will definitely will bring you out of your comfort zone, but there is excitement in the challenge…especially when you overcome the challenge.

Tomorrow in the States is the big Super Bowl. To many it’s considered a National Holiday, as is Monday given the need for recovery from Sunday’s debauchery.

Many people will be gathering together to watch the BIG game and enjoy some good food.   Now, if you’re looking to lose fat, then this Sunday will NOT on the game plan for success 🙂

But, if you avoid these 3 fat pitfalls, than Monday you should feel slimmer and less bloated than everyone else:
