2014 Boot camp Survey (Please complete ASAP- only takes a few minutes)

On Wednesday I sent you a survey and I received a lot of great feedback from 127 of you. We are going to close the survey down Monday at mid-night and I was hoping to receive more feedback, so I can improve the program and your results.

From what I have received so far many of you are happy with the boot camp program and coaches, but are in need of the following:

  • Sleep (ideally we need a minimum of 7 hours sleep)
  • Time
  • Self-Massage (should be done daily before workout and before bed for best results – recovery and pain reduction)
  • Massage Therapists to help you recover from the workouts (at least 1x per month is recommended- email me for rec.)
  • Nutrition Ideas/Recipes, Programs and Coaching
  • Weighing in- Each Monday you should be weighing in and using the body fat tracking software so you/we can assess progress.

 

Most of you come to the program for weight loss, but many are only doing the exercise program. Exercise has many benefits but without an optimal stress reduction model including a good nutrition plan and quality sleep, weight and fat loss will be challenging and frustrating.

 

Everyone who wants to lose weight should be measuring weight or body fat. Mondays are the day for testing at each boot camp location. Please get familiar with our Body Fat and Fitness Tracking Software here: Software

 

All of you received a welcome email when you first came into the program with a self-massage video, a good foundation nutrition program, boot camp class registration info and more. If you have lost that email, please reply back to this email and I will send it to you. Attached I have The Fat Furnace Program for Men & Women (same program as the RESET Program) and Fat Loss Power Shakes.

 

The 5 Day Detox is $29 on-line but free to all Monthly Members (if you are on a trial, you are not yet a member). This is a great program with a specific plan if you are up for the challenge.
