Always remember to test… not guess!

It’s very important to measure your body fat often so we can troubleshoot as needed.

At minimum measure your body fat every 6 weeks with the Fit3D Body Scanner.  I recommend weighing in and trending your weight and body fat weekly with a bioimpendance machine.

Starting 11/19 we will be using the Renpho for weekly measurements for our 6 week challenge. Love this scale!!! I have been using this scale for over a month now daily and it is very accurate and consistent if you follow the protocol. See the protocol >>> Here.
