The word of the week is FORGIVENESS!
Forgiveness is the action or process of forgiving or being forgiven. It’s a conscious decision to release feelings of resentment toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean condoning or excusing offenses.
It’s a good practice to forgive yourself. We can be our most critical enemy.
If we can forgive we can let go and be free.
Who do you need to forgive?
What can you forgive yourself for?
Last week our word of the week was Reset. To truly reset and move forward you must practice forgiveness. “Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.” Suzanne Somers
We have opened up another start date for the Virtual Little Black Dress Project tomorrow Monday, April 12th.
Do you want to lose 10+ lbs and at least 1 clothing size in the next 6 weeks and keep it off permanently?
More importantly, do you need to enhance your immune system right now given all the craziness going on?
If you are interested or know someone that might be, check out the details here >>> Little Black Dress Project
Note: This is a virtual program
If you feel you are not as healthy as you should be right now, let’s have a call to talk more. We have a few openings for a quick call this week.
