January is history! Great month with lots of amazing transformations.
Congrats to the following people:
- Erin B. from Belmont Boot Camp– She has now lost over 60 pounds
- Fred E. and Cynthia A. from Shamp’s Mini Boot Camp– They have now lost over 90 pounds combined.
- Mila O. from TRX Boot Camp– She already came in great physical shape but now is killing it in the TRX Class.
- Neil B. from Burlingame Boot Camp– He has been consistent and has been making great overall improvements with his health & fitness.
- Karen P. from Burlingame Boot Camp– She has lost 10 pounds and has greatly improved her fitness!
- Shannon N. from TRX Boot Camp– She has improved her fitness, lost weight and has been consistent for over a year.
There are so many others that I could mention. It is very exciting to go to “work” each day and see people transform right in front of my eyes. I hate to even call what I do “work.”
