Last week we added new sessions to the Harbor Studio – Belmont Fit Body Boot Camp. See the latest schedule attached.
· New Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:30 pm
· New Thursdays @ 6:20 am *Both 5:30 am & 6:20 am are 45 min sessions
· New Thursday @ 9:30 am
We will add and remove sessions based upon demand. We used to have a Thursday 9:30 am & 6:20 am session in the past but cancelled due to low attendance. We could also change the Thursday @ 4:30 pm session to Friday @ 4:30 pm if there is more interest. Please let me know. Thursday evenings have always had lower attendance in the past and I forgot about that when adding.
Please continue to use mobile App for scheduling boot camp sessions: https://brienshamp.com/mobile-app/ You will still need to check in at each location when you attend. When you don’t check in at the location, the system marks you as absent.

One more thing, the NEW Youth Fitness Camp after school program is starting on Tuesday at Cipriani Elementary School in Belmont. We will also be starting a program at Nesbit School in Belmont on the 29th. These are pilot programs and we hope to have more schools on board in January. Free Trial at Cipriani on Tuesday.
