CSM Baseball In-Season Workout 4/24 & 4/26: Rack Pull, Bosu, One Arm Rows, Down-Ups, Lunges, Push-Ups

 WOD: Perform the following exercises for 10s each for 6 rounds in circuit (20s Rest):

1. Rack Pull: 2 Reps for 3 Sets (Max Effort)-Mon; Box Squats: 2 Reps for 6 Sets (Speed-50% Max)-Wed 

2. Single Leg Bench Squat) *lead with hips

3. DB Push-Up – One Arm Row Floor Press

4. MB Partner Lunge (rt side 30sà side 30s)

5. Straight Leg Pull Throughs *Wide Feet

6. High Knee Run Drill & Down-Ups (touch ground with chest-not a plank) *perform 6 high knee/toe ups (3 each side and then hit the ground-come up fast and repeat)

7. Bosu/Swiss Ball 3 Position Pull Aparts with Band
