CSM Baseball In-Season Workout 5/2 & 5/4: Squats, Bosu, Rows, Squat Jump
WOD: Perform the following exercises for 10s each for 6 rounds in circuit (20s Rest):
1. Box Squats: 1 Rep for 4-5 Sets (Max Effort)-Mon; Box Squats: 2 Reps for 6 Sets (Speed-50% Max)-Wed
2. BB Close Grip Ball Bench Press: 3 Reps for 3-4 Sets (Max Effort)-Mon; BB Close Grip Ball Bench Press: 2 Reps for 6 Sets (Speed-50% Max)-Wed
3. Single Leg Squat Jump *3 Sets Each Side *Lead with hips
4. DB Bent Over Wide Rows
5. Back Ext with Weight
6. Pulley D2 Low to High *3 Sets Each Side
7. Bosu Side Step
