Fat Loss Tip #31- Bring The Energy! (TRX Camp is Now Part of 16 Day Sexy Slim Program)

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend. Busy times right now and I am very proud of my boot campers and clients for staying committed to the program.

Many that I speak with are burning the candle at both ends and are very tired. This is not only my observation, but proven by testing Stress & Sex Hormones- Fat Loss Tip #23.

Whether or not someone does the testing to prove they are stressed or fatigued, many of us are feeling it (including me) and we could use some models of energy restoration.

Do the best you can to do something good for yourself that allows you to restore your energy.

Good doesn’t mean have a sugary treat or alcohol, but maybe treat yourself to a relaxing massage.  It is probably best not to have me work on you if you want to relax 🙂

The sugar and alcohol would take away even more of your energy, although at that moment of consumption it sure feels good.

Much of what we do each day during our 24 hours is GIVE ENERGY.

Here are some of the things that SUCK your energy:

  • Junk Food
  • Sugar & Alcohol
  • Grains and Excessive Carbs
  • Pasteurized Dairy
  • Spouses
  • Kids
  • In Laws (Of Course Mine Are Great!)
  • Our So-Called Friends
  • Neighbors
  • Work
  • Traffic
  • High Intensity Exercise (any exercise or movement that creates a feeling of depletion (even certain types of yoga))
  • Incomplete Relationships
  • Some Medical Drugs and Supplements
  • Past Situations That Are Not Resolved
  • Obsessions
  • Compulsions
  • Politics
  • News
  • Reality TV
  • Facebook/Twitter, etc.
  • E-Mail
  • Cell Phones and Other Electromagnetic Frequencies
  • And Many More

Fat Loss Tip #31- Bring The Energy!

We need to become aware of those things in our lives that take our energy and we also need models of restoration.

When the energy shifts to giving more energy than receiving weight, fat, lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalance, thyroid and other auto-immune problems will result.

Here are some of the things that BRING you energy:

  • A Loving Relationship
  • High Quality Food
  • Properly Prepared Food
  • Clean Filtered Water
  • Eating Multiple Meals Per Day
  • Sleep
  • A Balanced Weekly Exercise Program With High Intensity & Recovery Days
  • Chi Gong
  • The Perfect Supplementation Program
  • Acupuncture
  • Massage
  • Restorative Yoga (I do not find Bikram and Power Yoga very restorative)
  • Meditation
  • Reiki
  • Play
  • Hiking
  • Nature
  • Prayer
  • And More

I recommend making a list of all the things that suck you dry. Then, make a list of what provides you energy. Which is greater?
