This weekend will be Tough Mudder, Tahoe. We have over 30 Boot Campers and Boot Camp Coaches doing the event this summer. Mike King and I are going to attempt to do it at 8 am and then again with the larger team at 10:40 am. Keep us in your prayers 🙂
July 20th will be my 3rd Community Barbecue at Twin Pines Park at the Meadow Picnic Area in Belmont (12-3 pm). We are celebrating health, fitness & vitality. This will be a family event for all my friends, clients and email subscribers, so bring the kids and an organic dish. Please rsvp and let me know what you plan to bring and how many are coming. Yes, you can buy the organic dish at Whole Foods 🙂 There will be kids’ activities like a jumpy house, volleyball, music & more. I look forward to seeing you there.
The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, July 13th (7:00 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions *Tahoe Mudder, Tahoe weekend, so the group will be small
The group will do between 3-6 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.

Come to the next Saturday Boot Camp @ 9 am. The class will be at my studio on Harbor. Members can sign up for the next class, Saturday, July 13th here–> Sign Up
Non-members can take the Saturday class for $15 (drop in)
There will be a special event on July 27-28th. There will be a Boot Camp from 11 am – noon on the 27th at Belmont Relay for Life- Carlmont High! There should be hundreds of people in attendance. Also, we need walkers and runners to walk or run for a 24 hour period–> Join the Team Here *Team Name: Shamp’s Boot Camps. *This is an American Cancer Society Fundraiser. No cost to enter; however the goal is to raise money for the fight against cancer. You can walk or jog for a lap or several miles/hours.
