We are now in November and in the midst of celebrations…World Series, Halloween (check out the Halloween workout photos), Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s. There are endless parties to attend and it is easy to get thrown off your ideal nutrition intake and to load up on carbohydrates and sugar. It is also easy to sleep less and miss your workouts.
