The 5Kolor Run was great fun this weekend. We had over 20 on Team Shamp. I lost most of them with all of the chaos. You can see the before (clean) photo of the team on the right.

Next Saturday, October 19th, the Belmont, Harbor Studio will be closed (the parking lot is being paved). I will be teaching a Tough Mudder Challenge Workout at Carlmont High School on the track for the Saturday Boot Camp. This boot camp will be FREE for all, so invite your buddies. Please RSVP so I will know how many are coming. See you at 9 am!
