We had our first boot camp at our new Burlingame location on Friday and all went well. Remember, the Burlingame Boot Camp is now at Gold Medal Martial Arts- 1333 Howard Ave. Burlingame, Ca 94010. No shoes are allowed on the workout floor, but please bring your workout shoes in case we do outside walking/jogging. It will be best to not enter on Howard Ave. Please go around the building and park in the parking lot. There is a back entrance which will lead you to our workout space.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, August 10th at 7:00 am at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions *Spartan Race will be on the same day, so the group will be small. We will do between 3-6 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂

Join us at the Belmont Harbor Studio on Saturday, August 10th @ 9 am for a bonus workout. This is FREE to members. Non-members can do a drop-in for the Saturday classes only for $15.
Tuesday, September 3rd we will have a new Foster City Boot Camp! We will offer programs in Foster City Athletic Club: 1159 Chess Drive. Members of Foster City Boot Camp will have free gym and group exercise access, as well as shower and sauna use. We will have early morning and evening classes.
