This Saturday, July 20th will be my 3rd Community Barbecue at Twin Pines Park at the Meadow Picnic Area in Belmont (12-3 pm). We are celebrating health, fitness & vitality. This will be a family event for all my friends, clients and email subscribers, so bring the kids, your friends & family and an organic dish. Please rsvp and let me know what you plan to bring and how many are coming.
I am excited to have Magic Mike (not Channing Tatum) at our barbecue this Saturday. He will be putting on a show from 1-2 pm, so please arrive prior to 1 pm for the entertainment. For more on Magic Mike: Magic

This Tuesday at San Mateo Gymnastics in Belmont, Donessa will be teaching Pilates @ 6 and 7:10 am. She will also be teaching at her normal time at the studio @ 8:30 am. Donessa teaches one time per month at San Mateo Gymnastics.
The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, July 20th at 7:00 am. Take Edgewood exit off I-280; right (west) on Edgewood to dead end at Canada Blvd. Park on the left of Edgewood. This is officially Redwood City, 94062
The group will do between 3-6 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.

Come to the next Saturday Boot Camp @ 9 am. The class will be at my studio on Harbor. Members can sign up for the next class, Saturday, July 20th here–> Sign Up

There will be a special event on July 27-28th. There will be a Boot Camp from 11 am – noon on the 27th at Belmont Relay for Life- Carlmont High! There should be hundreds of people in attendance. Also, we need walkers and runners to walk or run for a 24 hour period–> Join the Team Here *Team Name: Shamp’s Boot Camps. *This is an American Cancer Society Fundraiser. No cost to enter; however the goal is to raise money for the fight against cancer. You can walk or jog for a lap or several miles/hours.
