Let's make it a great last month.

Happy Monday!

April will be my last month in the health & fitness field. It has been quite a run these last 23 years and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to help you achieve your goals.

This will be the last month of Shamp’s Boot Camps and Nutrition Coaching, so let’s make it a great last month.

I will be selling the company to a corporate gym that is open 24 hours, so no worries, you will be in good hands and can work out at all hours of the night.

The new company promised me that if you sign up for a 3 year contract with personal training and take their weight loss supplements, you will lose weight and you can even eat whatever you want.

They offered me way too much money to stay and I just couldn’t turn it down.

So, I will be moving to Vegas with the family and I will pursue my lifelong dream working in a casino as a blackjack dealer.

I look forward to meeting new people, the weather and the great food in Vegas!

April Fools! Way too much time on my hands 🙂

Starting April 8th at my studio in Belmont, there will be a new 6:25 am Boot Camp program Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for 50 minutes. Similar to the evening programs at the studio, Mondays and Wednesdays will be total body workouts and Tuesdays and Thursdays will be core-cardio days. You can take Fridays off!

Also, given the increased number of campers in the 5:30 am program at the Studio in Belmont, a Thursday 5:30 am class will be added starting April 11th.

Each Saturday in April, there will be a Total Body Boot Camp.You can sign up here for the next class Saturday, April 6th–> Sign Up

Non-members can take the Saturday class for $15.

The Trail & Hiking Group will meet Saturday, April 6th (7:30 am) at Edgewood Park again. The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome. Take Edgewood exit off I-280; right (west) on Edgewood to dead end at Canada Blvd. Park on the left of Edgewood. This is officially Redwood City, 94062.

If you are up for an added challenge, how about a 2 hour workout each Saturday this month? Join our trail & hiking group @ 7:30 am and follow it up with a 9 am Boot Camp.
