  • Today is Day 23
  • Erin Garray is speaking tonight @ 7:15 pm-Harbor “Your Vibe speaks louder than your words.”

Come and learn how your vibe speaks louder than words and begin to learn the first techniques towards shifting your energy so you can be more present in conversation and more aware of your own vibe.

Erin Garay will lead you through an interactive workshop to develop your interpersonal toolbox so you can begin to learn more of how your vibe affects your every interaction.

Michelle will be teaching a new yoga session on Thursday nights from 7:20 pm – 8-20 pm at Harbor starting 2/7.

Nicole Wargo will be taking over Michelle’s Sunday yoga sessions starting this weekend @ 9:30 am

A bit about Nicole…

Nicole was raised in southern California’s Ojai Valley. Love of sport and human movement led her to major in Physical Education & Kinesiology at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, where she first developed her passion for promoting fitness and wellness. While attending Cal Poly SLO she took her first Hatha Yoga class, and discovered that the benefits of Yoga are many. Since 1996 she’s had the opportunity to upstart and uplift many Fitness, Yoga and Wellness programs throughout the Bay Area.

Nicole is a Yoga Alliance Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200 and RYT 500 is in progress) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She’s also an American Council On Exercise Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Aqua Yoga, Mat Pilates and TRX instructor.

She’s studied, trained and practiced with a beautifully eclectic and incredibly insightful collective of Yoga Teachers and Yoga Schools: Beth Shaw (YogaFit), Stuart Rice, Jill Miller (Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls), Shiva Rea and Coral Brown (Prana Vinyasa Flow), Dov Vargas and Raquel Vamos (co creators of the Dharma Yoga Wheel) and Camilla Nair (Aqua Kriya Yoga). Nicole served a Master Apprenticeship with YogaFit in 2007, and has assisted numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings since then.

Her passion for yoga and teaching radiates! Smart flowing sequences, mindful movement and great music await you on Sunday mornings at 9:30AM

  • Facebook group interaction and pre & post photos are highly recommended and may be a deciding factor for the selection of the winners. *Photos will not be published without approval

Focus for the next 5 days on your needs and get it done! I have seen folks drop 2-3% body fat and up to 10 pounds in the final week alone.
