Check out the schedule below for the special Holiday Weekend:
• The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet tomorrow, Saturday, May 25th (7 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont–> Directions *This is a FREE Community Event
• In addition, we will have a Saturday Tough Mudder Challenge Day Workout at the Studio in Belmont (9 am). If you can make it you will love it! The objective is to challenge yourself to complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes. There are 15 exercises.

Non-members can drop in and pay $15
• There will be no boot camp classes on Memorial Day (Monday) at Belmont, Burlingame or San Mateo.
• Semisi will be leading two Boot Camp classes at the Menlo Park Gymnastics location on Monday @ 7:30 am and 8:30 am. There are no shoes allowed at this location. Members of Shamp’s Boot Camps can attend the Menlo Park location one time per week.

How to Get There: Exit I-280 at Edgewood Road and turn east, towards San Carlos. At Crestview, turn left, and another quick left turn at Edmonds Rd. You’ll see the Cordilleras trailhead just to the right of the entrance to the private Redwood Center on the right hand side of the road. A little further, you’ll find a roadside pullout on your left and the Blue Oak trailhead on your right.
Parking: There is a small parking lot on Edmonds Road at the Blue Oak Trailhead. The Cordilleras trail splits and one section goes to the parking lot at the Blue Oak Trailhead.
• Next week, there will be a special Tuesday 5:30 am Boot Camp class taught by Daisy.
• This Tuesday (6 & 7:10 am) Donessa will be teaching Pilates at the San Mateo Gymnastics location
