Join us for our Grand Opening at our new location- San Mateo Boot Camp at Peninsula Gymnastics on Tuesday, February 18th.
Our schedule at San Mateo Boot Camp will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:45 am – 6:35 am.
I hope to add a 6:45 am session if all goes well.
Only clean shoes can be worn on the gymnastic floor. Please carry a secondary pair of shoes into the facility for the workout (the oils/water from outside stain the carpets). I rec. minimalist shoes or no shoes. My favorite store is A Runner’s Mind in Burlingame. They will give you a discount if you tell them you are a member. Running shoes are a hazard for the movements we do.
You will also need water and a towel (no mat needed).
Coach Laurie will be teaching on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Our new Coach, Steve will be teaching on Mondays & Wednesdays. Steve was one of my former baseball players at CSM. He went on to play baseball at the U of Hawaii. While he was in Hawaii, he was a Personal Trainer and taught Boot Camps.
