NEW 8:30 am Boot Camp in Belmont Starting May 6th

Last week we started the NEW 35 Minute Express for Success Boot Camp at the Harbor Studio in Belmont. This program is offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:25 am -7 am.

The goal of this shorter duration class is to still give you the same great workout as the 50 minute class, but we are reducing the warm-up and speeding up the transition time to get you out faster.

You may find that the program is more intense with the shorter duration program; however, you can always modify the program as needed and take a longer rest. The Harbor location makes it easier to reduce the duration of the class given the small location and the equipment is already set for the workouts.

Hopefully, those of you that need to get your workout in before 7 will be able to take advantage of this new express workout.

*Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to perform the self-massage program, stretch, and cardio if desired. There are bikes, ellipticals and treadmills at this location.

For those of you that have more time and can stay after 7 am, the Coaches will do an additional 5-10 minutes of bonus exercises and then finish with a group stretch so you are out at 7:15 am.

Given the demand of the 9:30 am class on Harbor is high right now and requests have been made for an 8:30 am program, a new 8:30 am program will start on May 6th. Similar to the express workout it will be 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday), however it will be a 50 minute class.

All Monday- Thursday Boot Camp Programs have the same structure. Mondays & Wednesdays are total body workouts. Tuesdays and Thursdays are core-cardio recovery days. Tuesday @ 8:30 am will be a Pilates class.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, April 27th (7:30 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions. The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.

Non-members can take the Saturday class for $15 (drop in)
