The NEW 8:30 am Boot Camp Program starts today at the Harbor Studio location. It will be 4 days a week. Mondays & Wednesdays will be total body workouts with Rebecca, Tuesdays will be Pilates with Donessa and Thursdays will be core- cardio with Rebecca. Please bring a mat for the Tuesday and Thursday workout. We will be upstairs for these classes. Please park on Harbor or in the parking lot next to the Harbor location.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, May 11th at a new time, 30 minutes earlier (7:00 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions. We need an earlier start given we are going to begin increasing the volume of the workouts in preparation for the upcoming team events. The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.

Each Saturday in May, there will be a Total Body Boot Camp @ 9 am. Members can sign up here for the next class, Saturday, May 11th–> Sign Up
Non-members can take the Saturday class for $15 (drop in)
