Hello Boot Campers,
I am going to be placing an order for NEW Shamp’s Boot Camps Tanks & T’s.
Please see the attached and let me know if you want one.
Women’s tanks come in Red, Black & Pink. $12 each
Men’s tank/T’s come in Black, Red, White $15 each
Please indicate your size and color when ordering.
Boot Camp Stuff:
There will no longer be a Monday or Wednesday 6:25 am boot camp at the Harbor Studio. We will keep the Tuesday and Thursday 6:25 am classes based upon increased interest.
Donesa will now be teaching Pilates one Tuesday a month at San Mateo Gymnastics (Belmont Boot Camp and Accel Gymnastics (Burlingame Boot Camp). She will be teaching at both the 6 & 7 am classes.
Donesa will start her first class in Burlingame on June 11th. She will teach in Belmont on the 18th.
Donesa teaches every Tuesday @ 8:30 am at the Harbor Studio.
