We did it… Voters named Shamp’s Boot Camps the Best Boot Camp in the Bay Area for 2014.
2010 was a new start for me. It was a year of personal development, reflection and change. After 20 years, I changed my model from personal training to group boot camp programs and it has been an exciting journey.
I currently have two Boot Camp locations in Belmont, Burlingame Fit Body Boot Camp, San Mateo Boot Camp and San Carlos Boot Camp.
I am the Director at Menlo Fit Boot Camp and the co-owner of the NEW Youth Obstacle Boot Camp.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to provide structured exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programs to over 600 people per month.
The results have been amazing as can be seen on our Yelp Page and Success Stories Page.
In 2013, I was awarded runner up for Best Boot Camp by SF A List.
I am blessed to be awarded 1st place in 2014!
