As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Set your timer for 20 minutes.
Keep in mind there is a “Prep Time” that you can adjust according to the amount of prep time you will need to begin the workout. For this workout leave the Prep Time for 10 seconds.
You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.
- 30 Squats
- 15 Push Ups
- 30 alt. Lunges
- 15 V-Ups
*Between each exercise you complete 10 burpees
