It has been a great two weeks. The energy is getting higher each day in my classes as more people commit to making 2012 their healthiest and fittest ever.
At the end of 2011, I put an offer out to give 5 people scholarships to one of my boot camp programs for the month of January. The winners were based upon their financial need and goals. I was so blown away by the stories, I gave out 8 scholarships instead of 5. I welcome the following to my programs:

I have heard that some are confused by all the program offerings I have right now. I developed a few more programs than usual because I know that the first three months of the year are the key to making fitness and better nutrition part of your lifestyle. All of these programs I develop will only last for a short time, so when one ends I will promote another.
