Friday at all Boot Camps, we will be doing a 5-Minute Burpee Challenge and 1 Mile Run. We will give you modifications as needed. Please bring your shoes given we will do the run outside.

As far as I know, they still haven’t selected the winners for the Spartan TV show to be aired on NBC. I am now in 5th place for fan votes. I appreciate all of your support. Hopefully, I will have some good news to share with you soon. Until then, please continue to have your friends and family members vote here–> vote for me to be on TV. The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, September 14th at 7:00 am-Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions We will do between 4-8 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
