I got an email from a client about a month ago who went on the 21 Day Detox Program.
The 21 Day Detox Program is generally what I recommend for new clients wanting to lose weight, body fat, balance hormones, sleep better and improve their overall lifestyle. I generally don’t recommend exercise at the start because the nutrition & lifestyle component is far more important.
The 21 Day Detox Program is an educational program that will give you a system to make healthy eating a lifestyle.

“I went to Whole Foods yesterday for the first time, bought a bunch of fresh herbs (never done that before, with the exception of basil). I lightly sautéed collard greens with olive oil, garlic & onion, to eat with my wild salmon, half a yam & green/yellow/orange peppers for dinner.
I made a couple of soups with all my green cuttings from veggies I use for salads and what-not (put them in a bag and froze them. Then added vegetable & chicken broth, the organic kind, and the chicken bones from my whole organic chicken I roasted. The second soup was a kale/sausage/cabbage soup (organic chicken/apple sausage).
I’m having FUN! It’s not a hardship at all and the shakes are great. In the shakes I’m using lots of cilantro and Italian flat parsley, kale or mustard greens and broccoli. Occasionally I add shredded brussels sprouts and carrots with the ½ banana, frozen berries, flax seed, chia seeds, etc.
This all tastes SO good! I hope I never go back to the way I ate before. I would like to maybe eat some of the old foods again, but I’m digging the weight loss. Since the day you told me to remove alcohol, grains, sugars, nuts and dairy, I’ve lost 9 ½ lbs in 18 days.
I started playing tennis again yesterday.
I got into a pair of jeans that I couldn’t even get the button together 3 weeks ago, they were 2” apart at least.
I’m very happy, and this hasn’t been a hardship at all. I am going to continue!
