So to answer your questions…

Is this program right for me?

Sure, this program is for anyone who wants to lose 4-7 inches from her waist and anywhere from 13-21 pounds in the next 6 weeks. But we *DO NOT* focus on the scale. This is about creating the body, the health, and the happiness that you have dreamed of (and deserve!)

What if I’m not in shape?

We specialize in those who are out of shape and we get people in shape. We guide beginners and those with injuries by welcoming you into a warm, safe, and non-intimidating environment, where we focus on helping you achieve your health & fitness goals. We have created a structured and effective workout that is customized to accommodate any fitness level.

How often can I come?

For the best results possible, you need to come a minimum of 3 times per week. I do understand if that is not always possible but 3 has really proven to be the ‘magic number’ for maximum fat loss and metabolic elevation.

What are the times?

The times vary (and fill up fast) but we currently have over 60 SESSIONS weekly with times ranging from 5:30am to 7:30pm and we still have a few openings in the AM & the PM. So no matter how tight your schedule we have a time that fits!

Is nutrition part of the program?

OF COURSE! I cannot “out train” bad nutrition so what you eat is a HUGE part of our success plan. It is a simple and straightforward program that has a ton of flexibility yet yields serious results. No counting calories and no crazy “dieting” allowed!

Will I be given menus?

You bet! We have created 6 weeks of done-for-you menus with step by step instructions and grocery lists to eliminate all the guess work! Plus we have a custom Girls Night Out Experience recipe guide created specifically for you. You will be amazed at the food you get to eat while your body drops weight and completely transforms.

What are the workouts like?

They are as tough as you want them to be. You can modify and adapt the movements and increase intensity as you improve your fitness, skill and self confidence. Generally, we encourage those who are new or returning back to exercise to focus primarily on setting up for the movement prior to moving, posture, breathing, core engagement and form. We include weight training, bodyweight training, metabolic acceleration techniques, and targeted cardio training. It’s hard to describe, but the results we get speak louder than words.

When does it start?

The official kick off is TODAY, but we regularly have clients start a few days late to accommodate their schedule. We provide “on-the-go” workouts for when participants head out of town for a few days as well.

What do I have to do to qualify?

This program is only for individuals wanting to lose 10, 15 or 20 pounds of fat in the next 6 weeks. It’s for people who are sick of BS programs that are too expensive, take too much time, and yield little or NO results. We only want people who are ready, I mean really ready, to finally change their lives for the better. That’s easy: Once we get our 30 qualified applicants at each location. Right now we have a handful of slots open and some times are sold out.

Now normally I charge $150 per hour for a fat loss program that is this comprehensive – but like I said I want you and your friends to have access at a price that fits most every budget.
