Can your pain or challenges be a gift?

Yesterday, I told you about my past financial hardship that I now see as a gift.

I have learned a lot from that challenge, which has allowed me to continue to improve and to serve even more to the best of my ability.

We are given gifts everyday, but we often don’t recognize them in the form of challenges or pain. We also tend to be too distracted these days.

I still have many challenges, but now they are upgraded 🙂

Most days of the week before I leave the house (when I am good 🙂 ) I write down all of my challenges, followed by all the things I am grateful for.

In the car as I am driving I then play this song>>> Grateful

Some of you in my 6 am boot camp session may recognize this song playing in the background as I am setting up for the session.

When I start my morning with meditation/reflection and this song I can change my emotional state in seconds, which allows me to give my best to you.

  • What do you do to get your day started?
  • How much time do you focus on your challenges?
  • What are you grateful for?

When you focus on what you are grateful for, your challenges will seem much less significant.

Try out my morning start tomorrow and let me know how it goes.

Please help me give a gift for San Mateo County families who are challenged this holiday season.

Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA) in San Mateo County provides safety, support and healing for individuals who experience abuse in an intimate relationship, and educates the community to break the cycle of domestic violence. Their services include a 24-hour hot-line, support groups, legal services, emergency and transitional housing, and more, in English and Spanish.

This season CORA’s goal is to give every family $300 in gift cards (Target, Safeway, and gas gift cards). For more go to:CORA

Unfortunately time is running out to purchase gifts. They would like to receive funding by December 11th.

My mission is to raise $5,000 for families supported by CORA.

There are three ways to help:

  1. You can donate money here: www.corasupport.org, and there is a section at the end where you can note that it is for the holiday program (also add #shampsbootcamps so they know it came from our organization).
  2. CORA has teamed up with Samaritan House in San Mateo for their Toy Shoppe, which will enable their clients to pick toys for their families. Toys can be dropped off at Samaritan House in San Mateo. You can also leave them at my Harbor Studio if easier.
  3. Purchase my 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program for yourself or as a gift for a friend or family member (this is good for new clients who have never been in the program and those who haven’t been in the program for at least 6 months) that is guaranteed to produce results at the lowest price we can possible offer it which is just $67. All $67 goes to CORA. ENDS December 11th.

For that $67 you get:

1)Unlimited Group Personal Training (Normally $217 per month). You will receive unlimited access to our professional run group personal training sessions.

2)Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching ($99 Value). We will teach you our proven stress management/fat loss model that has allowed our clients in the last 5 years to lose over 30,000 pounds and 30,000 inches.

3)Accountability and Support – Most gyms provide you access to equipment and that’s what you get with your membership. At our locations we hold you accountable and we pride ourselves on giving you all the tools and resources required for success!

Remember, 100% of this proceeds of this program goes to deserving families in need.

You get to flatten, tone, and strengthen your entire body when the average person is gaining 5+ of fat over the next 30 days while also helping families in desperate need of some help this holiday season.

That’s a true win/win!

Lets burn the fat this holiday season and help others in need!

Just go here to get started on the 21 day fat loss program. This will make a great gift idea!
Stocking stuffer?

Brien
