We had a fun challenge workout on Friday: 1 Mile Run & 5 Minutes of Burpees.
The winner by unanimous decision of the 5 minute burpee challenge was Deborah from Menlo Fit. Great job!

The winner of the mile run was Angel from Belmont: 5:49- male. Megan from Belmont had the best time for the women: 6.58.
Great job everyone. I am going to do this challenge every 3 months on the first Friday of the month. Next 5 minute Burpee and 1 mile challenge will be June 7th! Please write down your numbers so we can compare next time. We will do some kind of fitness challenge every month.
