Help Me – Help You in 2012? (Solutions Inside)

Hi there,

I work with a lot of people each week and I hear a familiar story…there is not enough social support and over time the motivation to eat well and exercise decreases.

My goal in 2012 is to give you more ways to gain the support and motivation you need to be successful.

Check this one out…Tough Mudder NorCal 2012 is now open and I just created another team!  I have yet to see a more motivating event than this to train for.

Now, I do my best to change things up each session and make my exercise programs exciting, but when your goal is just weight loss it is easy to get distracted.

How about losing weight and having a bigger goal? Try training & eating right to optimize performance for an event like Tough Mudder and watch the fat melt away, as you challenge yourself and get support and motivation from a TEAM.

It is much easier to be successful when you are not alone. Someone to push you when you need it, structure with your training & food intake, something bigger than your individual goals.

The electric shock really isn’t bad and I never went out of breath, so anyone can do it. It took my team about 5 hours at a walking pace and we stopped a lot for various reasons, mostly to support each other.

For the next one, I do plan on running it hard, but it is good to know that it is not a race and I can go any pace I desire.

We will have a variety of fitness & skill levels on the team and you will be matched with those at your level.
