I hope you are doing great and having an awesome weekend. I am back home after 5 days in Costa Mesa California. I was at the biggest fitness business event in the country, surrounded by the top personal trainers from all over the world and I am more motivated than ever.
I am even more motivated because of the energy and passion I witnessed from this collective group.
I heard story after story about a trainer changing the lives of their communities with personal training, semi-private training, boot camps and nutrition strategies.
There were a number of trainers present that have on-line e-books and programs that have reached millions of clients looking for solutions for their problems.
Regardless of age, injuries, level of activity and location there is a trainer for you. You can get fit at home with a DVD program or your computer with an on-line program. There are even apps for your smart phone.
There are so many options to get fit these days… all you need to do is search if you really want to make a change in your fitness and life.
I encourage you to find something that works for you to get your 30 minutes of recommended daily activity each day. It will make a huge difference in how you look, and more drastically, how you feel.
As I mentioned in my last email, there are certain ways to exercise that are better than others depending on your goals. If you want to increase your endurance, aerobic exercise is ideal, but if you want to lose body fat and weight, you need to do short bursts of explosive resistance training exercise with a huge focus on nutrition & lifestyle. Some may get scared by the thought of short bursts of explosive resistance training exercise. Keep in mind that this is something that you progress to after muscular imbalances are reduced through a proper conditioning program.
