NEW 35 Minute Express for Success Boot Camp @ 6:25 am in Belmont

We had another great turnout on Saturday for the Trail Run & Hike Group. The group is growing. The weather is getting better and we have runners and hikers so come on out, enjoy nature, the Saturday community and get a great workout.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet next Saturday, April 20th (7:30 am) at Waterdog Lake-intersection of Lake and Lyall in Belmont. The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.

Non-members can take the Saturday class for $15.

Last week we started the new 6:25 am class at the Harbor Studio in Belmont. I only had a few in the class and from my one week brief observation, the time seems like it will not be a popular one.

Starting today, I am going to make this time slot a 35 Minute Express for Success Boot Camp. This program will be offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:25 am-7 am.

The goal of this shorter duration class is to still give you the same great workout, but we are going to reduce the warm-up time and speed up the transition time to get you out earlier. You may find that the program is more intense with the shorter duration program; however, you can always modify the program as needed and take a longer rest. The Harbor location makes it easier to reduce the duration of the class given the small location and all the equipment is already set for the workouts.

Hopefully, those of you that need to get your workout in before 7 will be able to take advantage of this new express workout.

*One big request I have is to do your best to arrive 10 minutes prior to class to perform the self-massage program, stretch, and cardio if desired. There are bikes, ellipticals and treadmills at this location.

For those of you that have more time and can stay after 7 am, the Coaches will do an additional 5-10 minutes of bonus exercises and then finish with a group stretch.
