Thanksgiving Schedule, FREE Low Back Seminar on Sat & Polar Heart Rate Info

I have 5 member announcements to make:

1.     Tonight there is only a 4:30 pm & 5:30 pm session at the Harbor Studio due to the Holiday Party. Always make sure you check the online schedule >>> https://brienshamp.com/boot-camp-schedule/ and schedule each session prior to attending.

2.     Thanksgiving Weekend Schedule – Our schedule for Thanksgiving weekend is as follows:

                           i.          Wednesday – Normal schedule at all locations except no 6:30 pm session at the Harbor Studio

                          ii.          Thanksgiving Thursday – FREE Community Workout @ 8 am at the Carlmont Track- Coaches Gerald, Trish & Cheryle will be there.

                        iii.          Black Friday – 8:30 am & 9:30 am sessions only with Coach Cheryle (see your email for my Black Friday Special)

                        iv.          Saturday – Normal 8 am & 9 am sessions at Harbor Studio with Coach  Cheryle

When you get a chance also download the free apps for your phone: Polar Beat & Polar Flow. Polar Flow is what we are using for the group program. After you come to a class and when the coach hits end, your data from the session will be available to view for you online in your polar flow account. The Polar Beat App allows you to view your HR, calories, steps, etc. when you are outside of class whenever you have the strap on. If you are interested you can also get a Polar Loop 2 or A300 watch from me to sync with the sensor. More on that later. After you get your sensor, try it on so it is snug, put water on the inside of the band where it touches your skin and sync it with the polar beat app. When you come to class, have your sensor on and we will enter you into the IPad to be on the screen.
