Below is one of my most important Fat Loss Tips …..

I have learned many things over the years working with thousands of clients around the world. Probably the most important lesson is although I want to educate people about choices that should be a lifestyle, initially I should not over-emphasize that the changes need to be done for a lifetime.

A lifetime change is a long, long time and it is hard for many to buy into a change for a lifetime, regardless of the so-called benefits. I say so-called because unless you personally feel it, you most likely will not believe it is true. Also, the reality is many do not believe that they can experience positive change.

Rather than thinking about all the Fat Loss Tips I have given you as a change for life, try just one for 21 Days and see what happens.

Fat Loss Tip #32- Keep A 21 Day Mindset

According to Dr. Maxwell Maltz, author of “Psycho-Cybernetics,” it takes 21 days to develop a habit. That’s 21 days of eating every 2-4 hours or 21 days exercising after waking, 21 days of being grateful, 21 days of being aware of your energy, 21 days of anything.

Dr, Maltz states when you want to start a habit, don’t tell yourself you are doing it for life, tell yourself (your conscious brain) that you are going to try it for 21 days.

If you want to start the habit of eliminating dairy, tell your conscious self that you are trying it for 21 days. Now, when you have completed this for 21 days your conscious mind has the choice of stopping it or carrying on, or so it thinks.

Your neural pathways have formed already and you will more than likely continue with your new habit. You will have seen the benefits along the way and your unconscious will want to continue if it has been beneficial.

This can also work when trying to break a habit, however research has shown that the neural pathways to any habit could be lifelong and a cue or a trigger can cause us to start back up an old habit, like drinking alcohol.

Follow the KISS Rule- Keep It Simple Stupid! Don’t worry about following my recommendations for life, but give them a try for 21 days and see what happens.
